"You wouldn't want to hear my memories.... They are terror on the mind I tell you.... But I will tell you what my serogate mother told me... I was born and raised upon a farm on the borderlines of a forest and on top of a cliff, the perfect place for my mother and father to live. But the day I was born my father noticed a sudden shift in the cliff face and ordered every one out of the house. But when they reached the border of the forest a band of bandits attacked them, both worrying for their child, or in other words me tried hard to hide me, Placing me within a pile of blankets they had taken with tus. My father had put me and the blankets down then went in a full out war against the Bandits, only to die and my mother to be held hostage. I, lie forgotten on the ground for what seemed like hours until an elderly woman, finding it was safe, crept out of the bushes and grabbed me. By this time the whole cliff face had fallen and what was left of our house was resting just above the ocean, still visible but unobtainable to the old woman. So for several years the old woman watched over mel, instructing me as I grew up and finaly telling the story on how she found a note enscribed in the dirt near the blankets. Telling her of my name and herittage. When the old woman died I left the house and burned it to the ground, fallowing the exact trail to the high cliffs the woman had taken when I was just a baby. When I reached the cliff face immediatly I began climbing down the cliff face. I landed on the remains of what was once my beloved home. I found an old flute cluttered among the remains as well as a splended sword hidding under the covers of a blanket. I took both of these items and smiled softly as I found a tune on the door. Imediatly I began to play the flute, a beautiful melody that awakened my strange abilities of telepathy. When I finaly left the remains of the house I climbed back to the top of a cliff were a horse was waiting, a wild look in his eyes. The grey horse had black socks, mane, tail, muzzle, and eyes each of them flicking around as he spoke softly to me through mind speak. ~Young one, though name is Fire Brand, I am to lead you through your life. That flute was ment to call my father but I have arrived in his place. I am as strong and feirce as he, I will lead you through your battles.~ He had said and immediatly our bond was strengthened. For as long as I can remember I had done odd jobs for my people, gaining enough gold to train under many swords and bowman. Now I just has a stash of gold with nothing to use it on, yet I am staying on the neutral side for saftey matters." She said with a soft smile as she uncovered a hidden truth.
